2026 High Holiday Registration and Yizkor Book

Thank you for choosing to observe the High Holidays with us. Our services will be on the following days:

Erev Rosh Hashanah - Friday, September 11, 7:30 pm
Rosh Hashanah - Saturday, September 12, 10:00 am
Kol Nidre - Sunday, September 20, 8:00 pm
Yom Kippur - Monday, September 21, 10:00 am
Afternoon Discussion - Monday, September 21, 3:00 pm
Yizkor - Monday, September 21, 4:30 pm
Closing Service - Monday, September 21, 5:00 pm
Break Fast - After Closing Service

If you only wish to add names to our yizkor book, only sections 1, 3, and 5 should be completed.

Non-member adult guests are $180 for all services. However, Yizkor service only does not require a paid ticket. 

The following individuals are free of charge:

-Members (in good standing)
-Children under 18
-College students with student ID
-Active duty military with military ID
-First responders with first responder ID

PLEASE NOTE that no non-member tickets will be confirmed until payment is made (a link to online payment will be on the web page after this form is submitted). Financial assistance is available upon request (please contact brad.seitel@mynertamid.org).

Please provide attendee names and select ticket types from drop down box selections. Members must be in good standing, having satisfied financial obligations, in order to be eligible for discounts.

We again thank you for choosing to spend the High Holidays with us. If you would like to become a member of our congregation, all non-member tickets will be eligible for double credit on membership completed before January 1, 2027. We would love to have you as part of our family.
