2024 High Holiday Registration and Yizkor Book

 

Thank you for choosing to observe the High Holidays with us. Our services will be on the following days:

Erev Rosh Hashanah - October 2, 7:30 pm
Rosh Hashanah - October 3, 10:00 am
Kol Nidre - October 11, 8:00 pm
Yom Kippur - October 12, 10:00 am
Afternoon Discussion - October 12, 3:00 pm
Yizkor - October 12, 4:30 pm
Closing Service - October 12, 5:00 pm
Break Fast - October 12, 6:00 pm

If you only wish to add names to our yizkor book, only sections 1, 3, and 5 should be completed.

The following individuals are free of charge:

-Members (in good standing)
-Children under 18
-College students with student ID
-Active duty military with military ID
-First responders with first responder ID

PLEASE NOTE that no non-member tickets will be confirmed until payment is made (a link to online payment is at the bottom of this form). However, Yizkor service does not require a paid ticket. Financial assistance is available upon request (please contact cntgute@comcast.net).
